The Receipt / Purchase terms

Simple terms for one digital Receipt.

Full Receipt is a $24 digital product. It turns the minimal signals you choose into an in-product evidence-to-insight result. It is not coaching, consulting, financial, medical, or legal advice.

Access and delivery

After a platform-hosted checkout reports a completed payment, The Receipt independently verifies that order before granting Full Receipt access. Delivery is in the product—not a call, appointment, or manually sent report. If you later lose browser access, a customer-selected recovery email can receive a short-lived, single-use link only after server-side active-purchase checks.

Voluntary evidence

Optional Full Receipt screenshots and photos are private supporting evidence. The current version does not automatically read image contents; your category and context label tell The Receipt how the evidence relates to your life. Redact anything you do not want stored with your Receipt. Images are excluded from sharing and can be deleted individually from protected intake, which purges the underlying stored image.

Refunds

If the product does not work as described or you cannot access a verified purchase, contact support. Refund requests are reviewed through the payment platform. We do not promise automatic refunds, and a refunded order loses Full Receipt access when refund status is recorded.

Duplicate purchases

One verified checkout session creates one Full Receipt. Reopening the verified return flow restores that Receipt instead of creating another. Recovery links only rotate protected access for an existing active Receipt; they never create another purchase or Receipt.

Support

For purchase access, a generation problem, or a refund request, email hello@thereceipt.life. Never send passwords, account credentials, order references, payment identifiers, or full payment details.

Your data

Read the Full Receipt data notice before continuing. Sharing is optional and the generated share card excludes your inputs, notes, payment details, images, and source material.
